#41: The Great Outdoors Look

Forget military, I’m all about the hunting look this season. Plus, the brooch is the hottest new accessory demanding serious respect.

Hello! And happy Friday.

First things first. With the Hunting Look I mean a few things: street-style, urbana, looks that can bear the rain, technical garb that doesn’t have too many pockets (you can carry a bag), and outfits to hit the concrete jungle (and possibly even, the real jungle).

I’ve been scrolling through photos of Coco Chanel and her hunting buddy, Winston Churchill, for ideas on what to wear to the great outdoors.

To make my life practical, I love a great black coat (or a furry parka). For the rain, I’m on the lookout for wellies (you can read about them here) from Le Chameau. Although my Salomon boots serve me justice. And everyone (and I mean everyone) should have a favorite t-shirt that keeps them on-the-go.
